The following are the terms and conditions of the ReefClub Casino.com "15 days of Christmas promotion" (the "Promotion"). The Promotion shall be organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter").Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter, as well as any individuals or entities affiliated or related to the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Promotion. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
2. In the event that the Promoter deems that an entrant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the Prize, as defined below.
3. The Promotion shall commence on 01/12/2009 at 00:00 GMT and shall conclude on 15/12/2009, 23:59 GMT (the "Promotion Period").
4. The Promotion is open to non-VIP members ONLY. VIP members can participate in the promotion created for them.
5. All raffles will take place, 24 hours after the end of the promotion and on week days only. In order to enter the Promotion an entrant must have a valid user account with the Promoter.
6. Competition criteria, terms and conditions will be outlined in the calendar daily, together with the daily prizes. Make sure to check the Calendar for the prizes specific terms and conditions.
7. The Promoter does not in any way guarantee that all of the winner’s requests will be met, the winner shall have no claim against the Promoter in such regard.
8. The tangible prizes will be dispatched to the winning entrant within 45 days of the winner making a claim.
9. The Promoter will be purchasing the tangible prizes from a third party vendor and therefore is not responsible for its terms of use which will apply upon receipt., and the winner expressly waives any claims against the Promoter in this regard.
10. Members who win tangible prizes which cannot be sent to their country, and in accordance to the Promoters decision, will receive a bonus equivalent to the supplier's cost instead. These bonuses will need to be wagered 5 (five) times before they can be cashed out.
11. In the case of a prize not being available, the supplier may replace it with another product of a similar value.
12. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or third party.
13. Your participation in the Promotion is deemed as your agreement for the Promoter to use your first name, surname and country, as well as your picture where required, during the Prize raffle and for promotional purposes without any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter the right to do so.
14. The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth unless agreed upon by the Promoter and at its sole discretion.
15. In order to cash out your bonus, an amount totaling no less than five (5) times the bonus amount must be wagered. On Happy Hour Day, in order to cash out your bonus, an amount totaling no less than forty (40) times the bonus amount must be wagered.
16. All Bonuses will be credited within 24 hours after a member makes a claim. A confirmation email will be sent to all winners, with the exception of weekends.
17. In order to cash out your bonus, an amount totaling no less than five (5) times the bonus amount must be wagered. On Happy Hours Day, in order to cash out your bonus, an amount totaling no less than forty (40) times the bonus amount must be wagered.
18. Wagering via low-risk Roulette, Baccarat and Craps bets will not be eligible for any of our events nor for the wagering required to cash out.
19. On Happy Hour Day, the offer applies only for the first deposit made on that day.
20. All Bonuses and promotional offers extended to members must be wagered at Casino-on-Net within 90 days of being credited to a member's Account or within the period specified in the notification of a promotional offer if different.

26. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
27. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London.
