2. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter, 888.com and its subsidiaries, as well as any individuals or entities affiliated or related to the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Promotion. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. 
3. In the event that the Promoter deems that an entrant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the Prize, as defined below.
4. The Promotion shall commence on August 1, 2009 at 00:00 GMT and shall conclude on August 8, 2009 23:59 GMT (the "Promotion Period").
5. The promoter reserves the right to use participating members’ first names, usernames, first letter of surname, country of residence and likeness without compensation in future promotional campaigns and communications.
6. In order to enter the Promotion an entrant must have a valid Real Money account with the respective brand in which he/she wishes to participate. Members may participate in all the promotions from all the respective 888.com brands
7. The entrants shall receive a raffle ticket for every $88, £55 or €60 you bet in Casino-on-Net, 888sport and 888ladies or 6 Pacific Poker Status Points they accumulate during the promotion period.
8. The raffle shall take place on August 11, 2009. The prize for the 1st place winner (taken from across all brands, not 1 winner from each brand) will win the sum of $38,000, £24,000 or €27,000 paid in 12 equal monthly installmentsof £2,000/$3,170/€2,250 into the winner’s bankroll. This is not a bonus and can be cashed out immediately.
9. Bets made via low-risk Roulette, Baccarat and Craps bets will not be eligible for any of our events.
10. The Promoter shall notify the winners of the Prize and Bonus via email or any other contact channel on August 12, 2009. In the event that the winner of the 1st place Prize fails to respond to the winning notification email within 4 days of the Promoter having issued the email, such winner will be deemed to not have claimed the Prize/Bonus and he/she shall have no claims whatsoever against the Promoter in such regard. In the event that a winner of a Bonus fails to respond to the winning notification email within 4 days of the Promoter having issued the email, such winner will be deemed to not have claimed the Bonus and he/she shall have no claims whatsoever against the Promoter in such regard.
11. There will be no wagering requirements to cash out this prize. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize/Bonus and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
12. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your first name, surname and country name for promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter with the right to do so. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth unless by the Promoter and at its sole discretion.
13.   By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prize/Bonus.
14.   By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Prize/Bonus.
15.  The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
16.   The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
17.  The winners of the Prize shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.
