Welcome to Pacific Poker’s Bankroll Management software!
Your unique bankroll management software
Being “sucked out” on the river is a professional risk every poker player takes.
However, losing your entire bankroll in one hand is something a professional poker player will never get himself into.
At Pacific Poker, we’ve implemented useful new methods to keep your money as safe as possible. This will enable you to reach higher limits at a safer pace, eliminating the risk of you losing all of your money in one unfortunate hand.
What is bankroll management?
Bankroll management is a way in which you can take care of your funds without even thinking. We’ve provided you with software that automatically filters the games you see according to your bankroll amount. We’ve also removed casino and sport games from your lobby.
All of these initiatives are protecting you from losing all your money in few bad beats, so that you can concentrate on winning rather than losing.
Details of 888poker’s bankroll management system
In short, you will not be able to drain your bankroll and will only be able to use up to a quarter of your funds at one time. The tables at your disposal will be filtered corresponding to your bankroll amount, meaning, you won’t be able to see some of the higher value tables unless you have the funds required to play.
The logic behind this filtering system is quite simple:
For cash games you will be able to see all the tables that have a Big Blind less than 1/400 of your bankroll.
For tournaments (Sit&Go and Schedule tournaments) you will not be able to register if the buy-in less than 1/10 of your bankroll (regardless of the fee).
However, you will always be able to play at low stake cash games (up to 3¢/6¢ blinds) and in all tournaments with buy-in of less than $1.
Here are few examples:
