The following are the terms and conditions of the "Ashes Tickets Prize Draw Promotion" (the "Promotion"). The Promotion shall be organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter"). Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

  1. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter or a third party with a proof of age and/or identity.
  2. Promotion is only available to UK residents.
  3. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter, as well as any individuals or entities affiliated or related to the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Promotion. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
  4. In the event that the Promoter deems that an entrant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the Prize, as defined below.
  5. In order to enter the Promotion an entrant must have a valid user account with the Promoter at www.888sport.com (the "Site").
  6. To qualify, entrants must place a minimum of 5 x single bets of at least £10 each on any cricket market (equaling a minimum total of £50) via the Site before the end of the Promotion Period regardless of at what point during the Promotion Period the first bet was placed.
  7. Duplicate bets on the same selection do not count.
  8. Void bets do not count for the purposes of this promotion.
  9. Non qualifying bets placed during the qualifying period do not affect your entitlement to this offer.
  10. The Promoter shall be purchasing the Prize from a third party vendor and  therefore is not responsible for the quality of the Prize and/or its delivery date to the winning entrants, and you expressly waive any claims against the Promoter in this regard.
  11. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
  12. Only one prize draw ticket per new member who makes a first time deposit to 888sport during the Promotion Period is allowed.
  13. The winner and guest are responsible for organizing their own transport to Lords including travel insurance.
  14. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your name, likeness or image for promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter with the right to do so.
  15. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth unless by the Promoter and at its sole discretion.
  16. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prize.
  17. By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Prize.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
  20. The winners of the Prize shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.
  21. The winners' name will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the Promoter at the address below.
  22. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London.
  23. By entering the Promotion each entrant grants the Promoter the unreserved right to provide the entrant's personal details to a third party vendor in order to have the Prize delivered to such entrant.
  24. To qualify a customer must register after July 1st 2009.
  25. 888sport reserves the right to use any photos taken at the event for any media purposes.
