Here’s how…

GOLD – Make your first deposit then grab at least 300 Status Points (normally 1,500!) from August 14-31

SILVER – Make your first deposit then grab at least 100 Status Points (normally 500!) from August 14-31

1. Promotion Period: August 14-31, 2009
2. In order to be eligible for the Promotional Upgrade players must deposit to their Pacific Poker account or receive a Money Transfer to their Pacific Poker account during the Promotion Period          
3. A player will get an Upgrade to Gold Status by accumulating over 300 Status Points by August 31
4. A player will get an Upgrade to Silver Status by accumulating 100-300 Status Points by August 31
5. The Upgrade will be done within 2 business days after the end of the Promotion Period ("Upgrade Date")
6. Players will retain the Upgraded status through September 30, 2009
7. Players will be eligible for higher Statuses if they obtain more Status Points as per the Rewards Plan. For example:
   
   
A player that accumulated over 4,500 Status Points by August 28 will get a Platinum Status through the end of September


8. The Status of the Upgraded players in October will be determined by the number of Status Points that each one of them has accumulated in September, like all other Pacific Poker players.
9. In case of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Promotion, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
